Bluegrass and mountain music are long held traditions in North Carolina. They often feature traditional Appalachian and Highland instruments such as the fiddle, hammered dulcimer, upright base, washboard, spoons, jugs, banjos, guitars, and of course, the mandolin. There is no better place to find musicians, music festivals, and just plain fun.than the mountains of North Carolina.

“Wherever you go becomes a part of you somehow.”
